We are dedicated to providing training and educational sessions that directly relate to changes in regulations, as well as key issues in today’s long-term care, memory care, skilled care, and assisted living sectors. Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellations received on or before January 19, 2024, will be refunded minus a $50.00 administrative fee. Refunds will not be issued after the cancellation deadline. Any cancellation must be made in writing and e-mailed to ashley.inha@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 30 days following the end of the conference. Refunds or credits will not be made on no-shows. You may substitute an individual as long as it is for the entire conference.
