Important Information: Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to ashley.inha@gmail.com.
- Cancellations received by May 17, 2026, will be refunded minus a $150.00 administrative fee.
- No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days following the conference.
- No-shows are non-refundable, but substitutions are allowed.
